We accept online returns within 21 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to process a return. Lullabee Luxe will happily issue a refund or an electronic store credit valid for www.lullabeeluxe.com ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days after your package is received at our facility for your return to be processed.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
• Items must remain unwashed, unworn, with original packaging and tags attached.
• In original condition sold.
• All Meal Time, Pacifiers, Bottles, Special Occasion Items, Toys, and Sale Items are a FINAL SALE and are not subject to return.
• Items must be returned in Original Packaging Sold.

Processing a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@lullabeeluxe.com within 7 days of the package delivery date. This helps us process your return in a timely manner. In your email, be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will review your request, and if approved, you will receive a return reference number via email. Please write this return reference number on your return label, as any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Lullabee Luxe does not provide return labels, so returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed as store credit. All gifts (*) may be exchanged but are non-refundable. To proceed with a gift return, you will need a valid order number from our website. No exceptions.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
- Return Shipping: A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once your return is approved.
- Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned due to insufficient address, refused delivery, or other reasons beyond our control are subject to a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change it once the order is being processed.
- Using Provided Shipping Labels: Returns sent back without using our provided shipping label and return center may experience a delay of 15+ days in processing. We are not responsible for items sent back outside our stated policies or using personal couriers and labels. If your item(s) are not delivered or tracking shows delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund. No exceptions.
- Separate Returns: Currently, we do not allow returns from different orders to be combined. Each order must be processed individually through our return portal. A fee of $10 per order will be charged if you combine returns into a single package.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 10 business days. You’ll be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund through our return center.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Once approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
