We provide free shipping on orders over USD $100 for customers in the US and Canada.

Can an order be changed?  

Once an order is placed, we can't make changes. Please request a refund and place a new order.

Care & Wash for Our Products

Most of our apparel is made from our signature Viscose from Bamboo. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle inside out. For best results, lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low. If needed, you can cool iron, but always follow the care tag instructions.

Viscose is incredibly soft, which can lead to pilling; however, laying flat to dry helps maintain the fabric's quality. Many moms prefer line drying to preserve texture and color throughout the item's lifespan.

To protect our delicate fabrics, please avoid washing with items that have zippers, buttons, or hardware, as snagging may occur. Wash separately with other baby items for best care.

After placing an order, I noticed there was a promotion on the item(s) I ordered. Can I receive a price adjustment?  

We honor price adjustments if your order was placed within 48 hours before a sale starts. To qualify, requests must be made within 2 days of your order. Adjustments will be issued as store credit and exclude flash sales and promotions. Please check the offer disclaimer for eligibility. Note that final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.

How do I earn loyalty points?  

You can earn loyalty points with every purchase and by completing specific actions.

Do I earn loyalty points when I purchase gift cards?  

Yes, you earn loyalty points when you purchase a gift card. However, please note that you do not earn points when you redeem the gift card later.

Why do my loyalty points awarded not match my order value?  

Loyalty points are calculated based on the order value, excluding tax and shipping.

When do my loyalty points expire?  

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity, meaning no points earned or redeemed (birthday points are excluded). You can log in to your account to check the exact expiration date.
